Customers will be charged at the start of each billing cycle according to their subscription terms (e.g., monthly, yearly or other periods). This arrangement can be terminated by the subscriber, who may choose to unsubscribe at any time. If you cancel a subscription, you'll still be able to use it for the time you've already paid. No worries.
If you'd rather cancel a subscription yourself, you can use the self-help flow. If you need a little extra help, you can always contact us at support@aiseesoft.com. We're here to help you turn off auto-renewal.
For 2Checkout order:
To cancel your subscription on 2Checkout, please follow the instructions below.
1. Go to 2Checkout Support Center website and sign in with the email address you used to purchase your subscription.
Note: If you have not created an account during purchase, you can log into your account either with your email address or with the order number.
2. Find the My Products tab and click on Stop automatic subscription renewal.
3. On the following page, click Stop auto-renewal. A pop-up notification will confirm that your subscription has been successfully disabled.
Note: If you're in a hurry and want to disable the auto-renewal, visit the support page for all shoppers contact numbers.
For Paddle order:
To cancel Aiseesoft subscriptions on Paddle, please follow the instructions below.
1. Visit Paddle’s website on Paddle.net and click the "Look up my purchase" button.
2. Enter the email address you used to place your order.
Note: You’ll find a link to paddle.net in the confirmation email sent from Paddle. This link will automatically share your subscription order details and easily locate the order to cancel the auto-renewal.
3. Send cancel subscription to the virtual assistant and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
